My Music & My Guitars
Below are a few recordings that I have created. I have many more ideas, but I hardly ever find the time to sit down and make formal recordings. Each recording has some explanation below.

2A
(September 6, 2006)This is a work in progress, I started playing with computer music software again (CSound). I am going to try to make an entire piece out of this, but this is a rough initial idea.
(untitled) December 31, 2007
(December 31, 2007)I plugged my guitar into the computer this particular afternoon while playing. It had been a long time since I had gotten in more than 15 minutes of playing in day, so I was rusty. My fingers had only the calluses that had formed during the past hour of playing, but it was fun to be playing nothing in particular.
Segway
(April 26, 2003)This is my first recording that I'm somewhat happy with. It has two guitar parts and one bass part, all of which I played. The bass took much too long to get right. :-) For lack of a better name, it's called "Segway." I have a decent number more guitar parts that I could use to make this longer, but that would mean more time recording, and time is not something I have a lot of, hence, it is short...
Meandering Words
(June 9, 2003)This one took two afternoons to record because I played/sung everything myself. I was going for an acoustic sound with the electric "filling in" the background. If I ever find the motivation to (which probably won't happen...hehe), I'll redo the main vocals. I was going for not-too-emotional main vocals--quiet and somber--but upon hearing them that way, I don't like them. Also, everyone who hears this tells me I need to enunciate significantly more because it's difficult/impossible to understand what I'm saying. Further (ugh!), the vocals got messed up for several reasons: (1) I can't sing, (2) I can't sing on pitch and (3) my Logitech computer speakers apparently don't play high in the spectrum (a noticed the day after recording that there's white noise in the background during vocal parts). As may be evident, I don't like my voice.
Tripping Over Your Feet
(November 9, 2003)I haven't recorded anything in a while and I've had a lot of ideas. This was a few simple ideas put together...I came up with the higher voice part the other day while watching t.v. and decided to record something with it. It ended up taking forever to record because I kept messing up (I was tired!), and I got frustrated cuz I felt like I should be able to do each guitar part in under 3 takes, being that they're not that difficult. :-( I turned out with 40 seconds of a few ideas thrown together that didn't mesh the way I wanted, hence the name (the name is really the best part of the recording).
